THATS BECAUSE WE STOPPED USING THE BAGGED MASA PRODUCT AND OPTED FOR REAL MASA FROM A REAL TORTILLERIA .

WE ALSO STOPPED USING PICO DE GALLO AS A TOPPING AND NOW WE JUST ADD ONION AND CILANTRO TO STICK WITH THE TRADITIONAL PREPARATION USED IN MEXICO CITY. (*PS: SORRY TO THE PICO DE GALLO LOVERS).

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST WE HAVE FINALLY ADDED AND PROUD TO PRESENT THE QUESO-HUARACHITO. (A HUARACHITO TOPPED WITH MELTED MOZZARELLA CHEESE). WE'RE SURE YOU'LL LOVE IT AS MUCH AS WE DO.
