Lemon Fluffy
Ingredients
150g of flour
120g of sugar
3 eggs
100g of melted butter
1 bag of chemical yeast
The juice and the zest of 2 lemons
Icing sugar for decoration
Steps of preparation
* Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
* In a salad bowl, mix eggs and sugar until the mixture is white.
* Add sifted flour and yeast, then mix well.
* Pour melted butter, lemon juice and zest into preparation.
*Mix until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous patty.
*Pour batter into pre-greased muffin molds.
*Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
*Let cool before demolishing.
* Sprinkle with icing sugar and add a small slice of lemon on top for decoration.

Luscious Lemon-Lime Cherry Pistachio Cheesecake 🍋🍒

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lime zest
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 cup chopped cherries
Whipped cream, for topping
Whole cherries and chopped pistachios, for garnish

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
Add the lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, and lime zest to the cream cheese mixture, and beat until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios and cherries.
Pour the batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Before serving, top the cheesecake with whipped cream, whole cherries, and chopped pistachios.

🍲 Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients:
1 kg beef chuck, cut into 1.5″ / 3.5 cm cubes
1 ¾ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 brown onions, cut into ½″ / 1 cm squares
5 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 bell peppers (one red, one yellow), cut into 0.8″ / 2 cm squares
2 tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges then halved
¼ cup Hungarian‑style sweet paprika
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
1 bay leaf
1 L beef stock / broth (low‑sodium)
2 carrots, peeled and cut into quarters lengthwise then into 0.4″ / 1 cm pieces
2 potatoes, cut into ½″ / 1.2 cm cubes
Parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Season the beef cubes with half the salt and pepper.

In a large oven‑proof pot, heat the oil and butter over high heat. Add onions and cook ~6 minutes until the edges are light golden.

Add the beef all at once, stir until the outside turns from red to brown (~2 minutes).

Add the garlic, bell peppers, and tomato. Stir for 3 minutes — the tomato starts to break down.

Add paprika, caraway seeds, and bay leaf; stir 30 seconds to coat everything.

Pour in beef stock, stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and transfer to an oven preheated to 350 °F (180 °C). Cook 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours, stir in carrots and potatoes. Return covered to the oven for another 30 minutes — by now beef should be tender and vegetables cooked.

Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve hot (bread works great for dunking!).

Ingredients:

1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1/2 cup apple schnapps (optional)

1/4 cup brandy

1 green apple, thinly sliced

1/2 cup green grapes, halved

1/4 cup lemon slices

1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

1-2 cups club soda or sparkling water

Ice

Preparation:

Prepare Fruit: Thinly slice the green apple and lemon. Halve the green grapes.

Mix the Sangria: In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple schnapps, brandy, sliced apple, grapes, and lemon. Stir in honey or sugar if desired for extra sweetness.
