Today we say goodbye to our amazing Chef Bert as he starts a new journey in Maryland for his new job.

For the past 2 years, Chef Bert has been an important part of 87 Ludlow, bringing hard work, dedication, passion, and heart to our restaurant every single day. His talent, commitment, and positive energy helped shape who we are, and for that, we are truly grateful.

We will surely miss him, but we are also so proud of him and excited for this next chapter in his career.

Thank you, Chef Bert, for everything you’ve done for 87 Ludlow. Wishing you nothing but success, happiness, and continued blessings in Maryland.
