This flavor starts from babà, one of Italy’s most iconic pastries: soft, rich, and deeply tied to the Italian way of turning dessert into a celebration.

At FIGO, we turned that pastry feeling into gelato with a vanilla cream base, babà blended inside, babà cubes on top, and an Amarena swirl for that bright cherry contrast.
