10 steps to the perfect scones at home.

1. Preheat Oven to 400
2. Empty scone mix into bowl
3. Add 2 cups heavy cream
4. Mix until dough sticks together
5. Turn onto floured board
6. Roll out until dough is approx 1 inch thick
7. Use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut out scones
8. Place on ungreased baking sheet
9. Bake for 20minutes or until pale golden on top
10. Serve with cream, jam and a pot of tea.
