Very much in pumpkin season now 🎃

Here’s Smashin’ Pumpkin by St. Ambrose:

MI / 6% / 12oz Can / Seasonal Apple Mead (Cyser) crafted with honey, apple cider, real pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices for a crisp, dessert-like autumn blend.

Plus, we’ve got another pumpkin option pouring on draft (not pictured):

Hudson North – Toasted Pumpkin
NY / 5% / Spiced Hard Cider / Made with fresh Hudson Valley apples, real pumpkin puree, toasted spices and a touch of roasted oak for a dry, hazy cider.

Pearl Street OysterFest is here next week 🦪

From Thursday, Sept 10th through Thursday, Sept 17th, we’re celebrating a week of oysters at Fraunces Tavern.

Named after the street The Tavern has called home since 1762, Pearl Street itself owes its name to the piles of oyster shells once left along the East River shoreline. These shell mounds, or “middens,” were a defining feature of early New York.

So, a pretty fitting place for an OysterFest.

Expect oysters three ways: baked, fried & raw, alongside Wolf Hound Oyster Stout, food & drink specials, and live music every day.

Summer isn’t over yet, and neither is our seasonal summer cocktail menu 🍹

El Camino is built around Viamundi Raicilla, an agave spirit distilled high in the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico. Raicilla has been made in the region for centuries, and for a stretch of that history it was distilled in secret. Spanish colonial authorities taxed agave spirits heavily to protect their own wine and brandy trade, so raicilleros pushed production into the hills and kept it quiet. It’s sometimes called “Mexico’s moonshine” because of that clandestine past.

We pair it with Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur, Aperol, lime juice and honey syrup. Bright and tropical, with a little smoke underneath.

Introducing Liberty 250! Our very own limited edition straight bourbon whiskey, crafted to honor the spirit of 1776 and America’s 250th anniversary 🇺🇸

Released to commemorate America’s Semiquincentennial, this Select Single Barrel bourbon showcases the character of New York whiskey. Drawn from a single #3 char American oak barrel after seven years of maturation, it is bottled at its natural barrel strength of 120 proof without chill filtration or dilution.

Its distinctive four-grain mash bill—60% corn, 20% wheat, 11% malted barley, and 9% rye—delivers a balanced profile of sweetness, spice, and oak, while 100% New York-grown grains reflect the agricultural heritage of the Empire State.

Available now while supplies last. Can also be purchased online by the bottle via the link in our bio.
