My mom used to tell me about rhubarb, how she’d use it to set the dye on woven fabric, eat it as a snack while grazing cattle. Remembering all her knowledges .

My mom grew up with ramps back home. When she moved to the US she was so excited to find them growing here too , every spring we’d drive to the forest together to pick them, just like the old days.
Some ingredients carry more than just flavor.
For the moms who are still here, and the ones we carry with us. 🌿
