Mani in Pasta NYC Gramercy The chef was born in Italy and made his first pizza at the age of 5. Growing up in the business he felt in love making pizzas.

We have two locations in Manhattan, in Gramercy (245 East 14th street) and Midtown (14 East 37th Street) and will amaze you with our authentic style Roman pizza and cuisine. With over 18 years of experience, he moved to United States. In 2014 he won the prize for the best Neapolitan pizza at the Las Vegas Pizza Expo. And in 2017 he won the best Roman style pan pizza- a true world champion. His passion for pizzas grew and decided to open his restaurant with the main focus of Roman style pizzas. Pizzas has become a new trend in the states and a few places in NYC that has the best pioneer dishes. Rome's food has evolved through centuries and periods of social, cultural, and political changes. The city has became a major gastronomical center during ancient age and even current days. Authentic Rome’s cuisines are famous for their pasta, pizzas and even their individual pastry dessert called pasticcini. Mani In Pasta, an Italian phrase, means “hands in dough, or pasta”. Clients can either enjoy a fast and casual Roman pizza at the location on 37th street or a more dining experience of Italian cuisine on 14th street.
