BURGERS by Honest Chops is the second store launched under the Honest Chops brand. Following the success of our East Village Whole Animal Butchery, BURGERS by Honest Chops offers a fast-casual restaurant experience and menu centered around our amazing, hand-crafted burgers and french fries. Come try us out!

It is with a heavy heart that we announce to you all our restaurant at 99 Macdougal Street will be closing operations. Our last day will be this Friday, May 27th.

This past week we were informed by our various suppliers, the farms that we work with, and trucking/delivery partners that prices were going up substantially. None of us felt comfortable passing that cost on to you all, our customers - it just didn't make any sense to go down that route.

We are keeping our butchery at 319 East 9th street open for the time being and will let you know if anything changes there. In the near future we are still planning on moving forward with other locations and hope that will include something in Manhattan as well.

It would be great to see as many of you as possible this Friday if you are in the area. Thank you for a great run at 99 Macdougal Street. It was our first restaurant location and we'll definitely remember it and you all always.

Our hand-slaughtered, halal turkeys are raised free-roaming for superior taste and quality. You and your dinner guests will be grateful for the rich flavor that results from the careful upbringing of our animals.

These turkeys are naturally delicious, with tender, juicy meat and are:

*Approximately 10 - 14lbs, female broad white breasted turkeys
*All natural with no added hormones, antibiotics or steroids
*Vegetarian grains - no antibiotics, no growth hormones
*Raised on Mennonite farms in eastern PA
*Hand-slaughtered halal and fresh

Similar to previous years, we'll be taking preorders until November 22nd. Orders will be ready for pick up or delivery on November 21st.
