Our Ethiopia, Gigesa Natural is pulling nicely! This espresso is smooth and complex with lots of body and multiple layers of milk chocolate, candies almonds, peach and citrus fruit notes. This particular roast makes for a delicious cappuccino or as we would call it at home, “un cafecito.”

The Tamper Seat works perfectly with our Big Step Tamper. Even when working quickly, this rubber tamper seat stays in place. Additionally, there’s plenty of room to insert and remove the Tamper without any restrictions. No more misplacing, or accidentally wetting our Tamper! The Big Step Tamper by is making a big difference in extraction! We’re really shocked with the difference we see and taste in our espresso. This is one of those tools that makes you think “why did I wait so long to get one ?” 🤷‍♂️ LOL
