In 2010, my mother Saodat founded Istanbul Kebab House with her hard-earned savings, strong faith, and a dream.

She worked incredibly hard and gave everything she had to build this business from the ground up. Her dedication, sacrifice, and love made Istanbul Kebab House what it is today.

Today, we want to say thank you to our mother — a truly hardworking woman, an inspiration, and the heart behind our story.
