Bordeaux Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Brooklyn NY. They envisioned a new kind of steakhouse with an atmosphere that was sophisticated, lively and inviting—an inspired, contemporary evolution of New American . From the beginning, Bordeaux would feature the very finest aged prime beef. The service would be gracious and indulgent. And, to enrich the dining experience of each guest, the wine list would offer 100 premium selections by the glass. Called the Bordeaux 100™, this award-winning wine program helped Bordeaux's raise the standard of steakhouse dining to a whole new level. Fast forward to today and we’ve extended our founders’ vision with our ever-growing commitment to quality, excellence and generous hospitality. Our promise at Bordeaux is to make every visit a memorable celebration of world-class food, wine and personalized service. As you join us tonight, we want you to know how much we value you as a Bordeaux guest, and how dedicated we are to providing an exceptional dining experience every time we have the pleasure of serving you.
