It is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the employment and training of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Come for breakfast, lunch, a business meeting or just a coffee and pastry break, and create a positive social impact for individuals with IDD. Discover our catering and corporate services, as well as our premium coffee beans. 100% of profits contribute to the training of more employees with IDD and the opening of future coffee shops.

An evening of art, joy and inclusion 💛
Yesterday night, All In For Inclusive Education, Urban Collective and artist Kyle Holbrook took over Café Joyeux to remind us all that every child deserves to belong. Café Joyeux was the perfect place to organize this fundraising event: the children we help today are the young adults we’ll employ and support tomorrow.

A day we’ll never forget.

We were recently invited to the United Nations to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities), a landmark framework that has shaped how the world thinks about inclusion, dignity, and equal rights.

And at the heart of it: Safia 💛

Our crew member shared what inclusive employment looks like from the inside:
“The best thing about the café is that it is a very supportive place where everyone is friendly and helps each other out. I have a very happy and full life, and I’m really able to do whatever I want, even though I have a disability.”

That’s what we show up for every single day.

Café Joyeux currently employs 221 crew members with IDD across 35 cafés around the world. And we’re just getting started ☕️☀️
