Ōmi beef originates in the Shiga Prefecture, Japan, and is the oldest source of pure breed wagyu. It is widely regarded as one of the top three beef cuts, closely rivalled by Kobe and Matsusaka.

The A5 classification is awarded only to Japanese beef of the highest grade for exceptional yield and marbling. Be prepared to be blown away by this tantalising treat!
