The large bouquets of fresh flowers in the dining room reflect the seasonal cuisine prepared for you fresh from the market. Our bar accommodates spontaneous diners, while main dining room reservations

are recommended. The room upstairs with skylight and wood burning fireplace welcomes you to host private parties.

A dedicated, loyal husband to Gisele, blessed with a unique gift for perfection - blooming from his days at the Hotel Aletti in Vichy, Nice, Algiers and work days in Austria, Biarritz, London and Paris. Catering to all the royalties and upper crust of Society prior to World War 2 before fulfilling his military obligation, joining the “Tirailleurs Marocains” in Morocco.
