One of our FAVORITE reasons PS Kitchen exists is to use our space as a platform to uplift, connect, and celebrate nonprofits doing truly AMAZING work here in NYC and around the world!! 🌎💛

We are SO proud and honored to introduce you to , a 501c3 educating children in war zones.

Children living in conflict have the worst learning outcomes globally, but Justice Rising is working to see that every child in war has access to a great school.

✨ DID YOU KNOW? ✨

📚 Research suggests that each additional year of schooling can reduce a country’s risk of civil war by approximately 20%.

🕊️ According to UNESCO, increasing the percentage of young people with secondary education from 30% to 60% could reduce the risk of war by approximately 25%!

THAT is the power of education. And THAT is why the work Justice Rising is doing is SO incredibly important!!

We are beyond grateful to share their stories and mission with our PS Kitchen community, and we invite YOU to experience their beautiful and powerful photography exhibition right here in our space! ❤️

Stop by at your leisure, take in the photographs, learn about the impact that’s possible, even in the midst of war.

We believe that when we come together, share stories, and shine a light on organizations changing the world, we ALL become part of something bigger.

We can’t wait to share this with you!! 💛🌎
