We do classic food, that's what we honor. Which is why this Scallopini is one of our main dishes. It has that warm citrusy flavor that reminds us of that Friday night dinner with the folks before we hit the club back in the day. Made with Zucchini or Seitan it can be GF or not. Your choice.
