As Noksu celebrates 2.5 incredible years, we’re thrilled to usher in an exciting new chapter in our kitchen. We are proud to welcome Chef Aaron Chang as our new Executive Chef. Chef Chang joins us from the acclaimed two-Michelin-starred Atera, where he served as Chef de Cuisine, and previously honed his craft at the two-Michelin-starred Saga.

Chef Chang‘s vision introduces a new tasting menu that explores the depth of Korean seasonal ingredients and flavors, interpreted through a refined lens with subtle Nordic and Scandinavian influences. The result is a thoughtful, expressive journey that reflects both tradition and innovation.

When you dine at Noksu you see a performance of chefs and team members in action while you’re sitting and enjoying your meal or drinking your wine. One thing you don’t see are the people that come early in the morning and break down fish, slice all the vegetables, and do a lot of the prep work that needs to be ready for dinner service. Chef Harry was that person for us and we just want to pay tribute to him as he leaves us for sunny California. Just as you learned to be a better chef with us, we learned how to be better people because of you. Noksu family forever! 💛 ⭐️ 🚇

As we approach the end of 2025 there’s so much to be thankful for. Two memories that our family at Noksu will never forget is the amazing opportunity we had with Apple TV and Studio Ramsay filming Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars ⭐️. The other is being invited to the Michelin Ceremony in Philadelphia and retaining our star ⭐️ amongst the very best restaurants in New York, Chicago, DC, Boston, and Philadelphia.

Thankful to the Michelin Guide, Apple TV, Gordon Ramsay, Steven Hall, Jesse Burgess, Ertan, Laura, Brigid, James, and all the diners and guests who supported us from our very first day October 6, 2023.
