Thank you to our friends at for helping us celebrate the launch of my new book Spain My Way! We brought guests through the heart of Mercado Little Spain for a taste of everything my homeland has to offer.

Of course, you too can follow in my footsteps and try the iconic dishes of Spain, from golden-brown and creamy croquetas to Spain’s famous tortilla de patatas to the “croissant of the gods” (as I always say), Catalan cream-filled xuxos!
