It's been nine years since we opened our doors with a goal of serving healthiest Korean meal kit possible.
There were many ups and downs — and the last few years were mostly downs.
This year has been especially brutal, and after careful consideration, we've decided to close our doors.
Since we sent out closure emails to our customers last week, we've been blessed with replies sharing their stories of how much they enjoyed doofood.
Stories of how doofood helped them through pregnancy, childbirth and having their kids grow up on doofood especially touched us.
These stories make us feel our journey was definitely worth it.
We'd like to sincerely thank you, our customers, for allowing us to be part of your family for the past nine years.
For those of you who depended on doofood week in and week out, we are sorry we couldn't execute well enough to keep the business going.
But it's not over!
We have over 100 recipes we are planning to share.
We haven’t decided exactly how yet, but most likely, we’ll be posting them here on Instagram and other social channels.
