Starting this Friday dinner, Bánh Khọt officially lands on the menu at Madame Vo. Crispy little coconut turmeric pancakes loaded with shrimp, herbs, pickles, and nước chấm built for wrapping, dipping, and disappearing way too fast.

Spring/Summer menu drops continue all week. We’ve been cooking like the windows are open and the city finally thawed. ☀️🍃

2016 was the year we signed the lease for Madame Vo.
Just a kid from Queens, doubling down on everything I had, fueled by a deep love for Vietnamese food and the dream of sharing it with others.
Ten years later, I’m grateful to live this journey every day.
Thank you to everyone who believed, supported, and grew with us. Excited for what’s to come.

This past year reminded us that growth isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s showing up, staying consistent, and doing the work even when the road isn’t smooth.

We experienced meaningful highs and real challenges, but through it all, what mattered most was the people. Our team, our guests, our community, and everyone who continued to believe in what we’re building. That support is what kept us grounded and moving forward.

We’re grateful for the lessons, the opportunities, and the trust you place in us. Thank you for sharing your time, your tables, and your moments with us. It means more than you know.
