Spring is here! And here at Txikito we have been “thinking spring” for over two years now. We are thrilled and so grateful to be putting the finishing touches on our beloved Basque restaurant and welcoming back the most amazing & supportive neighbors & friends we could ever hope for.

And we are looking for a few more fantastic front of house and management team staff to help us continue our story into 2022 and beyond! Just a few short weeks ago was looking forward to seeing our sister restaurants and in the upcoming best of issue. Things have changed so quickly but we are just as thrilled to see this thoughtfully reworked issue from of all the things we “hope to eat again soon” . The list is truly inspiring, showcasing so much talent, hard work, ingenuity, diversity, talent and magic that make our NYC restaurant world so tremendous. Thanks to and for the lovely issue, the beautiful photos, the kind words.
