🐟✨ Our salmon, crusted with pistachio–almond dukkah, served over silky artichoke purée with bok choy & chickpeas, is a modern take on Middle Eastern tradition. 🌿 Dukkah, a fragrant nut-and-spice blend, has long been a staple across the region — adding warmth, crunch, and depth to every bite. Paired with chickpeas and bright vegetables, it’s our way of celebrating flavors rooted in the Middle East with a fresh twist. 🍴

Knafeh🧀 Originating in the Levant, this beloved pastry layers crisp shredded phyllo or semolina with stretchy cheese, drizzled with safron syrup. Often served at family gatherings, weddings, or street-side bakeries late at night. Across the Middle East, knafeh symbolizes celebration, and we think of every bite of this dish as just that.
