When you think of an Italian grandmother’s kitchen, what do you think of? How about fresh ingredients, the aroma of sauce simmering on the stove, a hot oven with something amazing cooking inside? That’s what we thought of when we first thought up Bono Trattoria, and it’s what we think about every day as we prepare authentic Italian dishes for our guests! It’s our mission to bring flavorful Italian

cuisine to uptown New York City, and we do just that in a comfortable and rustic atmosphere. Join us throughout the week for popular entrees like our Strozzapreti alla Norcini with sweet sausage, porcini mushrooms, and truffle cream sauce, a brick oven pizza, or a crisp salad.
