Today we say goodbye to a NYC institution. While the lights may dim, the stories, laughter, and moments shared around these tables will live on long after the last service. Here’s to 30 incredible years, the people who made it special, and a little piece of New York nostalgia we’ll never forget. As one chapter closes, the spirit of hospitality, celebration, and gathering lives on. Our founder, Shelly, was so proud of what he and his team accomplished at Redeye Grill, and had enormous gratitude for the folks that kept Redeye bustling and full of life year after year. As we prepare to close this chapter, we’re reminded that Redeye Grill’s greatest achievement was never a menu item or an accolade. It was becoming part of the lives of so many New Yorkers and visitors from around the world.
