Wrap Feast 🌿

Woke up from the aroma of pastirma, onions, wild mushroom, egg mix cook. I walked straight to the kitchen, get the weekend party started 🔥
Ingredients⠀

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 - 3 slices of pastirma
3 eggs
5 to 6 sliced white mushrooms
A bunch of washed baby spinaches
1/2 sliced yellow onion⠀
1 cherry tomato (cut in half)
a few olives
white/feta cheese
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of sea salt

Recipe⠀

Crack the eggs into a bowl
Add 1/2 tbsp of sea salt, mix well
Cut pastirma into pieces
Add a slice of butter to the pan
Add 1 spoon of olive oil, heat up
Add pastirma, oinions, mushrooms
Add 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp sea salt
Cook for 3 - 4 mins (medium/high heat)
Add baby spinach
Pour egg mix in
Slow cook for 1 - 2 mins (medium heat)
Turn off heat, transfer to bowl/plate
Warm up tortilla
Add a layer of hummus on tortilla
Spread omelette mix evenly to half side
Wrap the tortilla
Dress the plate with - a few olives - white/feta cheese - sliced israel cucumber
Brew a cup of coffee/tea
Ready to serve
