IGAM COFFEE is an organic coffee shop located in Gravesend, Brooklyn. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated baristas on a full-time or part-time basis.

Requirements:

- Barista Experience with Latte Art

- Excellent customer service skills

- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment

- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress

- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Familiar with POS system

- Key holder

- Knowledge of sanitation regulations (Food Handlers License)

- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment

- Commute to work on time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Assorted Chicken Salad 🌿⁣⁣⁣

⁣Chicken breast is a great sauce of high fiber and protein, a combination of power green mix with chicken breast is the big pump key to our daily health 💚

Ingredients⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
________________________⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 hard boiled egg
A handful of scrumbled feta cheese
6 - 10 slices of chicken breasts
4 - 6 halved cherry tomatoes
1 diced Israel/mini cucumber
Half finely sliced red onion
2 spoons of cooked corns
2 spoons of red kidney beans
A handful of chopped baby parsley
A handful of mixed nuts (pecan, almond, raisin)
A batch of fresh baby spinaches

⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Recipe⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Use meat hammer to soften the chicken breast, 3 mins for each side

Chicken Marination:
2 tbsp of ground black pepper
2 tbsp of garlic powder
3 tbsp of sea salt
1 egg
1 spoon of tahini sauce
2 tbsp of olive oil

Heat up the pan
Add a spoon of olive oil (Medium heat)
Make sure oil is evenly distributed in pan
Add chicken breasts in ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣
Flip in 4 mins, til color turns golden brown
Transfer chicken to a plate
Cut chicken into small cubes

Salad Mix:
- Mini cucumber
- Cherry tomato
- Red onion
- Corn
- Red kidney beans
- Chicken cubes
- Mixed nuts
- Scrumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp of sea salt
- 1 spoon of Soyaki sauce
- 1 spoon of Balsamic vinegar
- 1 spoon of Tahini sauce
Mix above ingredients well in a large bow, then leave it for 5+ mins

Transfer salad to serving plate
Add sliced egg on top
Spread chopped baby parsley evenly around the salad
Brew a cup of coffee⁣⁣/tea⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Ready to serve⁣⁣⁣

Woke up from the aroma of pastirma⁣, onions, wild mushroom, egg mix cook. I walked straight to the kitchen, get the weekend party started 🔥

Ingredients⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
________________________⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 - 3 slices of pastirma
3 eggs⁣⁣
5 to 6 sliced white mushrooms ⁣⁣⁣
A bunch of washed baby spinaches⁣⁣
1/2 sliced yellow onion⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 cherry tomato⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ (cut in half)
a few olives
white/feta cheese
1 tbsp of black pepper⁣⁣⁣
1 tbsp of sea salt⁣⁣
⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Recipe⠀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Crack the eggs into a bowl
Add 1/2 tbsp of sea salt, mix well
Cut pastirma into pieces
Add a slice of butter to the pan⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Add 1 spoon of olive oil, heat up⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Add pastirma, oinions, mushrooms ⁣⁣⁣
Add 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp sea salt
Cook for 3 - 4 mins (medium/high heat)⁣⁣⁣
Add baby spinach
Pour egg mix in
Slow cook for 1 - 2 mins (medium heat)
Turn off heat, transfer to bowl/plate
Warm up tortilla
Add a layer of hummus on tortilla
Spread omelette mix evenly to half side
Wrap the tortilla
Dress the plate with - a few olives - white/feta cheese - sliced israel cucumber
Brew a cup of coffee⁣⁣/tea⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Ready to serve⁣⁣⁣

Salmon Vert 🌿

A touch of sea salt, white pepper marinated with fresh salmon. We slowly slided salmon into warmed pan, coated with a slice of butter. While green asparagus, spinach, sauted with minced garlic, drizzled with squeezed lemon, all the rest is simply a beautiful day ahead of you 😋

2 large slices of bread (whole wheat preferred)⁣⁣⁣⁣

Beef Steak Saute 🌿⠀

Ingredients⠀

1 egg ⠀
1 beef steak ⠀
1 sliced broccoli
1/2 sliced onion
5 - 6 sliced garlics
1/2 sliced round red pepper
2 sliced japapeno ⠀
1/4 sliced red cabbage⠀
1 toasted tortilla (whole wheat preferred)⠀

Recipe⠀

Cut beef steak into slices
Mix beef with egg, 1/2 tbsp of sea salt, 1/2 tbsp of white pepper, 1 spoon of olive oil, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of corn starch
Marinate for leastly 10mins
Boil broccoli for 2 mins
Remove water from broccoli
Add 2 spoons of cooking oil in heated pan
Cook beef steak for 3 mins
Transfer beef to a bowl
Cook garlic & onion for 1 min (medium heat)⠀
Add red pepper & jalapeno & red cabbages in
Cook for 2 min
Add 1/2 tbsp of sea salt
Add broccoli
Add 1 spoon of tahini sauce
Medium heat cook for 1 min⠀
Turn off the heat
Cut omelette in pieces
Split toasted tortilla
Scatter tortilla to the bowl edge
Place dish to the middle
Brew a cup of coffee/espresso⠀

3 eggs ⠀
Grated parmesan cheese ⠀
5 to 6 sliced olives
Minced salami (beef slices) ⠀
1/4 minced yellow onion⠀
A small batch of baby spinach⠀
1 or 2 pieces of sliced bread (whole wheat preferred)⠀
Hummus (or eggplant spread)

Recipe⠀

Mix eggs, with 1/2 tbsp of sea salt, 1/2 tbsp of white pepper
Add two sliced of butter in heated pan til melt ⠀
Add salami and onion into pan (medium heat)⠀
Cook for 1 min
Add spinach and olive in
Add 1/2 tbsp of sea salt, cook for 1 min⠀
Pour egg mix in
Medium low heat cook for 2 - 3 mins, til omelette has no liquid
Add cheese on top
Leave it cook for 1 min⠀
Turn off the heat
Cut omelette in pieces
Toast bread
Paste hummus on bread
Spread omelette evenly on bread

Ingredients⠀

2 - 3 stripes of tilapia ⠀
Spray a thin layer of sea salt onto tilapia, with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes ⠀
8 to 10 cherry tomatoes⠀
1/4 minced yellow onion
1 tbsp of minced garlic⠀
A batch of arugula⠀
Squeezed lemon juice ⠀

Recipe⠀
_________________________ ⠀
Add two cups of water in heated pan til boil ⠀
Add cherry tomatoes in (medium/high heat)⠀
Put tilapia on top of tomatoes
Cover lid, leave it cook for 3 mins Uncover lid, add arugula
Cover lid, leave it cook for 3 mins⠀
Transfer dish into a plate
Add 2 slices of butter into heated pan
Add onion, minced garlic in
Add squeezed lemon juice
Cook for 1 min, turn off the heat
Pour the sauce onto tilapia dish
