Crispy, sweet and with a filling that melts you! Perfect for special desserts or give you a worthy taste of kings.

✨ Ingredients:

For the Baklava:
• 1 pound of edge dough
• 1 cup of melted butter
• 2 cups of chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios or nuts)
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

For the custard:
• 1 cup of milk
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/4 cup of flour all use
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the syrup:
• 1 cup of honey
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/2 cup of sugar



👩‍🍳 Step by step preparation:

1️⃣ Preheat your oven at 175 ° C. Mix the nuts with cinnamon and reserve.
2️⃣ Spread butter in a mold (9x13) and place 10 edge leaves, enmantecating each layer.
3️⃣ Add a layer of nuts, then 5 more sheets with butter and another layer of nuts. Repeat until you finish with 10 edge sheets at the end.

🍊 Vanilla cheesecake with tangerines 🍊

Springform pan 18cm
For the dough:
• 150 g wheat flour
• 80g butter
• 50g sugar
• 1 egg

For the curd mass:
• 500 g quark (40%)
• 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
• 120g sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 1 egg
• 50 ml milk
• 1 small can of tangerines

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and knead into a dough (chill for 30 minutes). Preheat the oven to 175° O/U. Roll out the dough and place it in the mold and pull up an edge. Drain the tangerines. Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and egg well and mix. Add a little milk to make a thick mixture. Pour half of the filling onto the cake batter. Spread half of the tangerines on top and add the remaining curd mixture on top and top with the rest of the tangerines. Place in the preheated oven and bake for approx. 60 - 70 minutes. INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SHORT PASTRY
250 g spelled flour (Type 630)
1 tsp salt
130 g cold butter
1 egg (size M)
some flour to work with

FOR THE FILLING
1 onion
700 g savoy cabbage (about half a head of cabbage)
2 tbsp neutral cooking oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
100 g diced ham
50 ml vegetable broth
400 g cream
3 eggs (size M)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 pinches of chili powder
150g grated Gouda
Some salt and pepper to season

PREPARATION
1st step
For the shortcrust pastry, mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut the cold butter into pieces and add to the dough with the egg. Knead quickly with your hands to form a smooth dough. Flatten the dough, wrap it in foil and chill for 30 minutes.

2nd step
In the meantime, for the filling, peel the onions, halve them and dice them. Wash the savoy cabbage, pat dry and quarter. Cut the hard stalk out of the middle of each quarter. Weigh 700 g of cabbage and cut into fine strips.

3rd step
Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the onion cubes in it. Add the ham cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the savoy cabbage and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the broth and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Set the pan aside.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
4 eggs (size M)
120g sugar
4 tbsp cold water
70 g wheat flour (Type 405)
50g starch
2 tsp cocoa
2 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
A little fat for the shape
Some flour for the mold

FOR THE FILLING
1 orange
4 sheets of gelatin
300 g cream
1 pack of cream stiffener
4 tbsp sugar
200g mascarpone
100g yogurt
½ tsp cinnamon or gingerbread spice as desired

ASIDE FROM THAT
Ready decorated gingerbread cookies
Christmas spices (e.g. star anise, cinnamon stick or orange peel)
Some ground cinnamon

PREPARATION
1st step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (fan oven: 160 degrees). Grease a springform pan (Ø 26 cm) and dust it with a little flour. To make the dough, place eggs with sugar and water in a metal mixing bowl and warm slightly over a water bath. Using the whisk attachment of a hand mixer, beat until fluffy.

2nd step
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, sieve onto baking paper and carefully fold into the egg white mixture in three portions using a spatula. Make sure to carefully fold in the dry ingredients by hand and not to stir too quickly so that the mixture remains nice and airy.

3rd step
Pour the sponge cake dough into the prepared springform pan, smooth it out and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. After baking, let the base cool completely on a cake rack, then remove the edge of the springform pan.

Ingredients for 6 📝

- Faisselle: 400 g
- Shortbread or Petit-Beurre: 150 g
- Powdered sugar: 120 g
- Butter: 70 g
- Lime juice: 3 tablespoons
- Cream: 25 cl
- Gelatin: 4 leaves
- Vanilla sugar: 1 sachet
- Oil: 1 teaspoon

Preparation 👩‍🍳

1° Leave the dish to drain for at least 2 hours. Oil a springform pan.

2° Melt the butter. In a salad bowl, crush the shortbread. Add the melted butter then mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy paste. Spread this in the springform mold, pressing to pack. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

3° Soften the gelatin in a bowl of water before draining it. Heat 5 cl of cream. Stir the gelatin into the cream. Add the lemon juice, the cheese, 100 g of caster sugar and the vanilla sugar. Mix everything.

4° Whip the cream and 20 g of powdered sugar until stiff. Gently incorporate this into the preparation.

Ingredients:
For the cake:
1 + 1 ⁄2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour (maida) 🌾
1 tsp (4g) baking powder 🥄
1 cup (285g) yogurt 🥛
1 ⁄2 tsp (3g) baking soda 🧪
3 ⁄4 cup (150g) castor sugar 🍬
1 ⁄2 cup (120mL) vegetable oil 🌻
1 ⁄4 tsp kewra extract 🍃
1 tbsp (15g) Rooh Afza 🌹
Red food coloring (optional) 🔴
For the Soak:
1 ⁄2 cup (153g) condensed milk 🥛
1 ⁄2 cup (115g) sour cream 🍶
1 + 1 ⁄2 cup (360g) milk 🥛
4 tbsp Rooh Afza 🌹
For Topping:
Whipped cream 🍦
Chopped pistachios 🌰
Dried rose petals 🌹
Gold leaf (optional) ✨
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the cake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a 9x13-inch rectangular pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix yogurt and sprinkle baking soda on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to foam.
Add the castor sugar, oil, Rooh Afza and kewra extract to the yoghurt mixture and whisk until combined.
Sift the flour and baking powder, then gently fold into the batter until there are no lumps. Add a few drops of red food colouring for a pink tint, if desired. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
2️⃣ Soak the milk:
While the cake is in the oven, mix the milk, crème fraîche, condensed milk and Rooh Afza in a bowl until fully combined.
3️⃣ Assemble the cake:
After the cake is baked, allow it to cool slightly, then cut the top off to create a flat surface.
Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, tilting the pan so that the liquid is evenly absorbed. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the cake to infuse with the flavors.
Once set, remove the cake from the pan.
