“Phở Tái Lăn”

🥩The type of Pho that the meat is sautéed before adding to the soup. It’s still the beef broth, the sweetness of the beef bone mix with slices of beef. The meat is marinated just enough seasoning making an usual bowl of pho turn into more flavorful

Dry Pho (with Chicken) for only 11$
Mixed with A LOT of vegetables because it’s healthy and taste good 🤗
“Phở Trộn” have rice noodles at the bottom, choice of meat (chicken) and vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, basil and mint)with shallot-ginger Pho sauce. On top has dry onion, fried garlic and peanut (optional)
Good for keeping up with your diet (either with chicken breast or dark meat chicken) and still make your tummy full

When it comes to spring rolls, there are many version of it. But this is how I enjoyed eating while growing up in my hometown Hanoi.
We try less oily version by frying it in air fryer not deep fried. By improving it time to time, it’s still crispy and yummy!! 😋

เมื่อพูดถึง Spring roll มันมีหลายแบบหลายวิธี แต่นี่คือวิธีที่เรามีความสุขกับการกินในขณะที่เติบโตในฮานอยบ้านเกิดของฉัน
เราลองทอดแบบไม่ใช้น้ำมันทอด โดยการที่เราลองทอดกับเครื่อง Air fryer ด้วยการปรับปรุงไปเรื่อยๆ ก็ยังคง กรอบและอร่อย !! 😋
