After months of loving encouragement, I’m finally taking the leap in starting my own page, that’s dedicated to healthier recipes. Cooking has always been a passion. Reading cookbooks, learning new methods, and using new ingredients for the first time, excites me. Last year I took a step back from traditional recipes, by substituting them for healthier options. The results were delicious and eye opening. This is NOT a diet! That word is not in my vocabulary. This is a lifestyle. I believe in moderation, proper portions and whole foods. Plus, carbs (pasta 😁) when it’s necessary. As an avid runner, this is a requirement in training. Trust me, I’ve learned the hard painful way running on empty. Strongly do not recommend.
Besides recipe content, I may include other kitchen tips, but from a design perspective. I’ve been lucky enough to do what I love for a living, as a kitchen designer. It’s a privilege being trusted by thousands of clients over the years, to create a well-planned, beautiful, and functional kitchen. I treat every space like it’s my own. My favorite part during the planning process is when the layout takes shape and I can hear the stressful tone leave the client. The excitement they share brings me such joy.
