I have a question? Although my business model started out with Denise and I wanting to go with the cute little breakfast and lunch place called The Whisk and Griddle , specializing in unique breakfast and lunch offerings. Fate had other plans and we ended up with the exclusive right to sell food in Grantwood Park in Cliffside park. Thus the mobile kitchen was purchased and we are set up for business!
Now for the question. The Whisk and Griddle is a great name for a breakfast and lunch place. But not so great for a food cart set up in a park. LOTS of kids and families.We are thinking of naming it “ Gus’s Street Eats & Catering”
