Happy 100th birthday to my dear grandaunt Mary! 💗 Yesterday, we celebrated this beautiful and faithful woman along with 100 guests at a party in her honor. She has touched many lives, always pointing people to Jesus Christ. I asked her for her favorite Bible verses which I printed on edible paper and put them on the cake. I also included one of her favorite sayings, “Every day is a gift from God.” What a blessing to live for a century and to be able to appreciate each day!

Top tier: carrot cake with vanilla buttercream
Middle tier: chocolate cake with raspberry jam
Bottom tier: vanilla cake with lemon curd

Cupcakes: chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream

I made the wafer paper decorations with the help of my husband and son. We cut many, many circles and folded each one. 😁

Thank you Jackie for ordering these special chess cupcakes for your daughter’s birthday! ⭐️♟️She sent me a photo and I designed toppers inspired by that. I printed them on edible paper with edible inks and mounted them on fondant. Half the cupcakes were vanilla and half were chocolate. She said that her daughter liked them! 😁

Happy 250th birthday to America and Happy 6th Instagram anniversary to me! ❤️🤍💙 Started this page as a hobby during the 2020 pandemic and it grew and grew. Thank you to my family, friends, and the foodie & baking community for all your encouragement and support on this amazing adventure! 🥰

Thank God for His faithfulness and guidance through challenges like competing in the gingerbread bake-off for the 3rd time for Museum of the City of New York , winning 1st place at my office holiday bake-off, and completing 2 three tier cakes for my church’s 100th anniversary. Looking forward to more fun ahead! 😁

This vanilla almond cake has vanilla buttercream, strawberry jam, chocolate Nutella buttercream, a Satin Ice blue cake drip, and fondant stars. It is a delicious combo! My sister-in-law’s family enjoyed it as we celebrate America’s birthday. 🇺🇸

Thank you Sandra for ordering this fun Sesame Street themed cake for your son’s birthday! Her son is allergic to dairy so the cake is made with oat milk and coconut cream. She said the cake was delicious! Everyone complimented how good it looked and how delicious it was. 😁

Sweet and Spicy! Two words to describe my husband and this cookie. 😉 Happy Father’s Day to all the dads! My husband’s sweetness is seen in his love, generosity, and thoughtfulness. His spiciness is seen in his playfulness, energy, and humor. I’m so thankful to see how he cares for me and our kids. 💗

Today was the ticker tape parade for the NY Knicks New York Knicks celebrating their first NBA championship in 53 years! 💙🧡 My dad was a huge Knicks fan and I remember watching the games on TV when I was younger. We would cheer our team on and I still recall those moments in the 90s when they were so close to winning the championship. It was so exciting to watch and if my dad could watch from heaven, I know he’d be cheering with exuberance! 🥹

My husband brought this cake to his office and the ladies especially loved the cake. They said it was so delicious!

Have you heard of Alexander Calder? 🌀He was an American sculptor, known for inventing wire sculptures and the mobile, a type of kinetic art which relied on careful weighting to achieve balance and suspension in the air. My mother asked me to make these cookies in the style of Calder for her senior center art class exhibit since they had been learning about him. She said the cookies with the drawings were the most popular among her classmates. Everyone wanted those! 😁
