Filipino households have been stretching pechay forever into tinola, sauté, whateverrrrrr. But we were like… did your nanay ever throw it on the grill?
Probably. But ours still smacks.
Charred cabbage hearts, carrot purée, soy–calamansi vinaigrette that’s sharp, sticky, a little agro dolce. IT’S SO GOOD.
