As part of the Tel Aviv Groove pop-up series, Bustan will host a special evening featuring guest chef Enav Ezagouri, presenting a one-night-only selection of inspired specials that bring a fresh perspective from Tel Aviv’s dynamic culinary scene.
Tel Aviv Groove presents a traveling series of immersive culinary events that bring together leading Israeli chefs, sommeliers, wineries, and creative talent in unique hospitality settings around the world.
Ezagouri is one of Tel Aviv’s most influential contemporary chefs. His cooking balances precision and instinct, classical European technique and a modern local voice. Over the past decade he has shaped some of the city’s most important culinary destinations and has been a formative influence on a new generation of chefs.
For this evening, he will present a focused menu of seasonal and expressive specials created specifically for Bustan, offering guests a vibrant and personal interpretation of his culinary world.
The menu will be paired with a curated selection of Israeli wines from Binyamina Winery, Vitkin Winery, and Tura Winery, alongside a special pour from Tel Aviv’s pioneering whisky distillery M&H Distillery.
