We are announcing the closure Noodle Edition today. Noodle Edition opened doors in January 2021 and has struggled with Covid-19’s far-reaching impacts ever since, including the shortage of staff and the loss of returning office workers and residents. It’s heartbreaking that we never had the chance to fulfill our dreams of making Chinese cuisine more accessible to more people through the convenience of regional tossed noodles, nonetheless we are thankful for our staff who stood with us during the toughest times and the customers who showed us the incredible amount of support.
We hope one day we can bring back those Chinese regional tossed noodles to New York, til then please visit our sister restaurant whose Shanghainese Stir Fried Thick Noodles inspired the opening of Noodle Edition.
