Today, a disgruntled customer became irate with an employee and insults started flying back and forth, i started to process the refund, as the insults kept flying back and forth and started escalating. A long time customer(Lisa) walked in on the tail end of the argument. The employee aplogized for what was happening in the shop at the moment. I sent the employee home to reset. No sooner the customer returns with a person ( her baby daddy) and pushes the refrigerator aside to come behind my counter to confront who he thought disrespected his baby mama. I pulled the refrigerator back into place and Lisa steps up and said to him what is he trying to accomplish? What was the reason for his behavior? in the calmest voice ever.
I dont have Lisa's contact info but I need to acknowledge what she did today.( she is a member of BRM) so if you know her please tag her.
It touched me that she showed up as her Sisters Keeper.
It touched me that we dont have a personal relationship but still showed up for me.
I am Forever Grateful 🥰 that she cared enough to say something.
