We are very excited be a part of the inaugural “NYC Restaurant Week To Go” organized by NYC: The Official Guide this year. Order in lunch or dinner for $20.21 starting January 25. Our 2021 restaurant week menu will feature five delicious sous vide selections:
• French lemon herb-roasted cod filet on asparagus risotto with sherried lobster cream
• Seared petit beef tender with garlic parmesan polenta cake with wilted arugula and béarnaise
• Seared chicken breast on a bed of farro and root vegetable pilaf with cauliflower puree and rich chicken jus
• ¼ Rack Mexican style tamarind glazed pork ribs with cilantro white rice, spiced black beans and warm tortillas
• Slow cooked then seared Berkshire pork belly with herb white beans, roasted brussels sprouts and red wine demi-glace.

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Pret A Manger to revolutionize the dark kitchen with our latest endeavor, Solutions Dark Assembly Kitchen (CS DAK). Out of a single Pret A Manger location in midtown NYC, CS DAK will operate the following five restaurants:

- The Cutting Edge by CS DAK (Global, chef-inspired fare)
- Cocina Oscura by CS DAK (Mexican)
- Mediterranean by CS DAK
- Poultry in Motion by CS DAK (Chicken & breakfast options)
- Bodega by CS DAK (Fully-cooked and frozen gourmet products to heat and eat)

Because this concept utilizes our fully cooked sous vide products as opposed to the traditional route of preparing all dishes from scratch, CS DAK produces less food waste and operates with less staff than traditional restaurants.
