We’re bringing our delicious budín to Ridge Hill Town Square tomorrow night!

Join Heritage Bread Pudding on Thursday, September 17 from 6–8 PM for an evening of live salsa music by UptownRoyaltyNYC , cafecito, community, and complimentary samples of our traditional Puerto Rican budín de pan.

Inspired by the recipes passed down through generations of women in our family, our budín is made to taste like something you remember - warm cinnamon, plump raisins, soft custard-soaked bread and that unmistakable sabor de casa.

And because no Puerto Rican gathering is complete without a little café… ☕️ there will be cafecito samples to enjoy while the salsa fills Ridge Hill Town Square.

What a summer. 🩵☀️

The miles we drove. The places we went. The people we met. The food we made. The laughs, the exhaustion, the unexpected moments and the memories we’ll carry with us.

Some days were sunshine. Some days were rain. Some brought joy. Some brought growing pains.

But through ALL of it… God was good. 🙏🏽

Thankful for the journey. Thankful for the lessons. Thankful for the people who showed up, supported us, worked beside us and became part of our story.

This summer wasn’t just about where Mía’s Cocina went… it was about how much we grew along the way. 🩵🇵🇷
