Recreate Le Crocodile’s Steak Tartare at home. This recipe adheres to bistro tradition: grass-fed eye of round finely chopped, dressed with anchovies, capers, ketchup, mayonnaise, parsley, and chives.

A French classic we recommend eating with grilled bread, fries, potato chips or all of the above.
