This is how we do pulled pork at Virgil’s 🔥

Duroc pork butts seasoned & slow until they’re tender enough to pull by hand.

Once they’re off the pit, Pitmaster Mike gets to work, hand-pulling every juicy bite & finishing it with our Carolina-style vinegar mop for that perfect tangy finish.

08/08/2026

New setup, same sweet and smoky goodness. We gave our fan-favorite candied bacon a little glow-up in the presentation department, but y'all the recipe is still pure perfection. Hickory-smoked bacon glazed in sugar and spices, served up hot and sticky.

It’s crunchy, smoky, sweet, and downright addictive. Perfect for sharing at the start of the meal (or keeping all to yourself, we won't judge).

🔥 THE SANDWICH THAT KEEPS FOLKS COMIN' BACK.

Our Chopped Beef Brisket Sandwich starts with lean and fatty brisket that's smoked low and slow until it's tender enough to melt in your mouth. Then we chop it fresh, pile it high on a toasted sesame bun, and top it with crunchy dill pickles, tangy pickled onions, and Virgil's signature House BBQ Sauce.
Every bite brings the perfect balance of smoky, juicy, tangy, and downright delicious.

There's a reason it's one of our most-loved sandwiches.

Now darlin', let's hear it for the side dish that always steals the show 🧅✨

Hand-cut, battered, and fried until perfectly golden, our Onion Rings bring the crunch in every bite. Whether you're piling them onto your burger or keeping them all to yourself, we won't judge.
Some things are worth fighting over... these are one of 'em.

🔥 IT’S NATIONAL WING DAY, Y’ALL 🔥

This ain’t your average wing. We take whole jumbo wings, smoke ’em low and slow over hickory, oak, and fruitwood until they’re tender, toss ’em till they're dripping in our signature tangy wing sauce!

Every tossed wing brings together deep wood-smoke, fiery tangy sauce, and sticky Southern goodness. It’s no wonder they’re a fan favorite every single day but today, they take the crown. Grab extra napkins and pull up a chair!
