A customer asked me the other day what makes our fried chicken bolivian? We infuse Bolivian aji (chiles)and seasonings into the flour. There’s a fruity spiciness that you can taste (our mocochinchi honey loves this) that gives it a unique flavor profile
Personally I’d love to see fried chicken on the bone here at the shop. Wbu?
