Join us in Sereine, our private dining room, for an exclusive six-course w**e and Cognac dinner featuring Château Pontet-Canet, Pym-Rae, and Tesseron Cognac. Executive Chef Bastian Schenk and Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone bring French culinary artistry to the table, with each course accompanied by exceptional pairings presented by Château Pontet-Canet co-owner Noé Tesseron.

Executive Chef Bastian Schenk presents a six-course pairing menu alongside three vintages of Château Pontet-Canet and Pym-Rae, guided personally by co-owner Noé Tesseron. The evening closes with a Valrhona chocolate bonbon tasting paired with rare Tesseron Cognac.

The Le Jardinier experience begins the moment you walk through the door. At the helm of the front-of-house experience is our maître d', Isabel Acosta-Chan.

Isabel's path through hospitality has taken her from hostess to general manager, and today she has found her focus in the role she loves most: welcoming guests, cultivating genuine connections, and ensuring every visit is memorable. She finds joy in the energy that builds before service begins, in the small details that shape a guest's experience, and in watching someone leave happier than when they arrived.

Before hospitality, Isabel was a filmmaker, having directed an independent documentary about fellow directors in the industry.

Asked to describe our team in three words, she chose dedicated, welcoming, and efficient — which mirrors the energy she brings to the floor each night.
