Thanks abc7ny for taking the time to talk bromate w us.
Lots of chatter about whether bromate is dangerous or not. Other shops can decide what to use. For us, it’s a clear choice. We don’t see a need for bromate.
Our flour for traditional pies is sourced from . Clean, bromate free.
Our gluten free? That’s also bromate free and called the 🐐for a reason.
We don’t engage in debates because, whether it’s bromate, or seed oils, or … the list goes on, we don’t need them. We rely on simple clean ingredients.
NYC has thousands of pizza shops, millions of people. Something for everyone.
We just do what we believe is best, and appreciate that food safety advocates agree.
Note: we only sell Italian sodas such as & for this reason. No hi fructose corn syrup, or artificial dyes. Ingredients are important to us, with or without a mandate.
