We serve hunan and szechuan cuisine! Two neighboring provinces in south-central china, both known for heat but different kinds.

szechuan is mala: the numbing tingle of peppercorn. hunan is dry heat: fresh and pickled chilies, smoked meats, deeper flavor. on the table here that means chairman mao's braised pork, chengdu spicy wontons, xiang river fish, peking duck carved tableside
