Tonight we come together to sing, celebrate, and wish the very best of luck to Carlos Sanchez.
The hospitality industry moves fast, and sometimes it can be overwhelming — we all know that. But the beautiful part of those stressful shifts and long hours is the bond we create together. Along the way, coworkers become friends, and friends become family. Carlos is one of those people.
Almost five years ago, we opened Rosie Pizza Bar from the ashes of the previous spot. Everything was new for us — a new environment, new challenges, and a new style. Carlos was there from day one, helping us build and shape what Rosie Pizza Bar has become today.
Together, we created more than just a pizza bar. We built a safe, fun, welcoming place for the neighborhood and a space we are proud to call part of the Bushwick community.
As Carlos begins his new adventure on the West Coast, we want to thank him for all the hard work, dedication, laughs, and memories throughout these years.
