Red w**e, brandy, pineapple, cinnamon. Named after the longest night of the year, because you won’t want to leave either.
Meet Yalda, our red sangria. Ask for her by name!

One, one, one. Espresso pulled to order, shaken until the shaker frosts, three beans in a row. Some things should not be rushed. 111 West 17th Street.

A classic martini, poured the way everything leaves our kitchen: unhurried. My mother Iran sets her table in Tehran the same way, and I set yours the same in Chelsea and White Plains.
Bar seats, happy hour 11:30 to 6, every day, both locations.

There is a particular kind of joy in watching strangers become regulars. In a city that never slows down, they chose to stay for one more glass, one last pour of tea. Grateful for this team, and this summer.
Words by our chef-owner, Reza | Host & Owner. In Chelsea tonight. Westchester, we’ll see you in White Plains this weekend.

Yes, a Persian restaurant with a sushi bar. It surprises people until they taste it. The sushi bar is back in White Plains. À la carte, fresh fish, cut to order.

My father built the foundation this place stands on. The respect, the way a room felt when he walked into it, the standard he set without raising his voice.
I wrote about him today, the real version, over on Reza | Host & Owner.
Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Shiraz Kitchen. Tell us about yours in the comments 👇
