Plum Tomato Pizza & Heros Wow! it has already been one year since the Plum Tomato opened its door's in New Windsor, and its cl Scuderi is not new to thew restaurant industry. to 8 p.m.

Carmelo Scuderi opened Plum Tomato on January 20, 2010 on Route 9w (across from Sportsplex in New Windsor. He has had a sucessful career in Fishkill, having K104's Pizza Palooza Contest in 2005 for "Best Classic Plain Slice in the Hudson Valley". The family-owned eatery offers Italian cusine ranging from pizza, Strombolis, heroes and wraps to hot, homemade table dishes. A Plum Tomato signature dish is the "Plumboli" Pizza, featuring sausage, broccoli rabe, and roasted red peppers. We are also proud to say that we carry whole-wheat wraps, pizza dough and many healthy choices for those looking for guilt-free selections.
