With much thought & deliberation,
Today would be our last Sunday opening and we may consider resuming in the fall.

We've tried Sunday's as many were asking however, it's financially straining to keep the operations open on a Sunday especially in the summer months.

Thanks to all those who have supported we invite you to enjoy our delicous dishes & will be open Tuesday's to Saturday's 🇹🇹

Blessed 4 year Anniversary to Taste Of Trini 🇹🇹

Coming from Humble beginnings I am a true diamond in the rough, from the girl who got passed on by literally everyone TODAY I can say I've made something for myself & my children, still with few more small potholes to cross & a few more accomplishments to aquire, I can safely say I've made a honest, hardworking name for myself ❤️

Taste of Trini is here to stay for as long as I can keep going & Adam has declared he wants to take over🤲

4 year's ago I had no clue how to run this business all I knew was how to cook lol
The first 2 1/2 years I was still not knowledgeable & almost lost the entire business & investment.
January 2025 I got it all together & with the advice & encouragement from my dear buddy Ronnie, I made a strong comeback.

As with any business everyday is different, & the restaurant business is one of the HARDEST business to run with the daily expenses of food cost keep fluctuating & all of the overhead expense, it's a daily challenge.
It's NOT a glamorous job, I just make it look easy!

May the Almighty keep us in his grace & mercies as we continue to sacrifice & work hard to accomplish our goals 🤲❤️
