One of the most unexpected blessings of the Tavern has been the people who have become part of our family, people we may have never known otherwise.

A “big” small business like this one, employing more than 50 people, can’t thrive on the energy and creativity of its owners alone. It takes every new person who walks through our doors and brings their own unique talents, ideas, and skills to help shoulder this heavy load.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a creative and passionate staff. These are people who genuinely care about what we are building and, most importantly, about the guests we serve. It’s inspiring to realize just how many wonderful people are out there, ready and willing to jump in, contribute, and believe in something special.

The Tavern is what it is because of the people who choose to be a part of it. We simply couldn’t do this without them.
