We’re Hiring! Full-Time Shift Lead - Barista / Tasting Room Associate | Pulse Coffee Company / Fractured Grape Winery – New Wilmington, PA

We are looking for a passionate individual to join the team at Pulse Coffee Company / Fractured Grape Winery, where we serve up more than just great coffee & beverages —we serve up connection, creativity, and community spirit.

📍 Location: New Wilmington, PA 📅
Schedule: Full- time Monday–Sunday⏰
Multiple shifts available between the hours of
6:30 AM and 8:00 PM

What We Offer:
• A fun, family-oriented work environment
• Flexible scheduling within the available shifts
• Opportunity to work in a locally loved coffee shop

What You’ll Do:
• Craft high-quality espresso drinks and brewed coffee
• Serve wine, beer, & other various other drinks
• Create and serve various food items from our menu
• Greet and serve customers with warmth and efficiency
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
