We are a family-run concession stand specializing in gyros with our own homemade cucumber sauce.

You may find us familiar as Sheri’s parents, Roger and Judy Cope, owned and operated their own concession stand for thirty years.

The 180th edition of the Canfield Fair begins tomorrow, Wednesday, September 2nd! 🎡

We are incredibly excited to see so many new and returning faces this week! We will be serving our standard menu of lamb and chicken gyros with our homemade cucumber sauce, fresh cut french fries, and refreshing lemon shakes.

We will also be debuting our new large lemon shake cups! Lacey says be sure to get one while supplies last! 🍋

We have some exciting news! ✨ We will be at the 2026 edition of the Columbiana County Fair! The fair begins on Monday, August 3rd and runs until Sunday, August 9th. We hope to see you there!
